The workshop which was supposed to be held in September 2008 was funded by the Ministry of Culture of Georgia.
Due to the Russian aggression to Georgia in August 2008 two regions of country were occupied by Russian troops. Roads were blocked and Ratcha region was not accessible from Tbilisi. Hence, artists could not arrive to Tbilisi and Ratcha and the planned workshop was not held.
